Since our inception in 2000, we have continued a cycle of network processing innovation, delivering the industry’s highest performance communications products in the form of semiconductors, systems and software for the world’s most demanding broadband networks.

Our family of network processors includes Montego®, Biscayne™ and Chesapeake™. In June 2005, we expanded our product and intellectual property portfolio through the acquisition of Parama Networks and its family of high performance ADM-on-a-Chip™ SONET/SDH transport processors. The combination of Parama’s products and our existing portfolio enables us to offer market leading solutions for a broader set of applications, such as triple and quad play, intelligent metro optical aggregation, Carrier Ethernet and more.

Our ABEx™ system products have been embraced and adopted by the US Government, prime contractor and subcontractor customers for mission-critical secure broadband networks because of ABEx’s ultra high performance, inherent security and any-to-any protocol internetworking. We are pleased to participate in advancing the state-of-the-art with our government partners.

We are headquartered in San Jose, CA, the heart of Silicon Valley, and have research and development facilities in Maryland.
