Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Jason has over 18 years of diverse international experience in sales leadership, technical sales, business development, strategic marketing, and general management with VC funded start-ups and publically held organizations. He has held a variety of senior management and corporate sales positions in the information technology, computing, and communications sectors. Prior to Bay, Jason led a global sales team at Agere Systems (since acquired by LSI Corporation) and was instrumental in closing over $100M in design wins within three of the company's top ten accounts. Prior to Agere Systems, Jason was the Vice President of Sales for the Americas for SCM Microsystems, as well as the General Manager of its California Headquarters location. Prior to SCM, Jason held various sales management positions at Aureal Semiconductor, M-Systems and Arrow Electronics. Jason holds an MBA and a BA from the University of California, Irvine.
