Senior Vice President Sales & Business Development, Robert has over 16 years of industry sales experience, including 12 years in the networking and semiconductor industries. Prior to Bay, Robert served as Director of Sales & Business Development at Mantra Networks. Prior to Mantra, Robert held the position of Global Sales Strategy Manager within the Internetworking Division of Lucent Technologies where he was instrumental in the development of unified sales strategies for Lucent's data networking and optical product lines. He also served as National Accounts Manager for the Lucent Government Solutions Group. Prior to Lucent, Robert was Director of Sales for IgT with responsibilities for both domestic and international sales. Previously, Robert established and managed the LSI Logic telecom account base for the US Mid-Atlantic region. He held various lead engineering positions within Westinghouse Electronic Defense Group. Robert holds a BSEE.
