IBEx Transport Product Family
The Intelligent Bandwidth Exchange (IBEx™) transport product family utilizes Bay Microsystems’ proprietary transport processing technology to provide infrastructure isolation of customer-premises equipment (CPE) and network service provider equipment. The IBEx transport platforms are designed for placement on a customer premises enabling IT professionals to perform remote testing and troubleshooting of customer premises equipment without the need to disconnect the incoming network service.
The IBEx transport product portfolio is designed to support and interoperate with virtually any high-performance optical network topology and data rate including SONET OC-192/768, SDH STM-64/256, and ITU-T G.709/G.975.1-I.4 OTU2/3.
